Our Story

A little bit about you both:

We are from Greystones and we met on a blind date in Dalkey set up by a mutual friend. We have been together for 4 years.

Tell us a bit about the proposal:

Steven popped the question on 21 December 2019 at the place in Dalkey where we first met.

What suppliers did you work with?:

HD patisserie did our cake we got our rings in fields in Dundrum.

The beauty parade:

Best menswear provided the suits and the wedding dress was supplied by the bridal outlet in Baldoyle. Make and hair was done by a family member.

The Big Day:

Our ceremony was in St Patrick's church Kilquade. Our first dance was Fleetwood Mac Songbird. Our most memorable moment was the journey to Tulfarris in the Rolls Royce with all the cars beeping at us.

Post Wedding celebrations:

We had a family meal in Tulfarris on the 2nd day and went on a familymoon in west Cork.

Why did you choose Tulfarris?:

We chose Tulfarris as I had been at a wedding there before and thought the venue was beautiful. All the staff were amazing from start to finish in particular Honora, our honorary babysitter Kate and Derek on the big day! I would highly recommend Tulfarris to anyone I know planning a wedding.
