Eddie McDermott has always had a passion for food. He worked through his college years in Jack Whites Inn in Brittas Bay. After graduating from DIT Cathal Brugha Street in 2003, Eddie went on to fine tune his culinary skills and receive a 2 AA Rossete Award, working in Tinakilly Country House Hotel, Dunbrody House Hotel and the Step House Hotel in Carlow..
Now Executive Chef at Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, Eddie and his culinary team have carefully created a small number of wedding packages of culinary delights which are accompanied by fine wines.
