A little bit about you both:

I,Angela, am from Leitrim and Barry is originally from Kerry. We were both living and working in Dublin when we met one night in Capital Bar on St. George's Street. We hit it off and 9 years later we are happily married

Tell us a bit about the proposal:

We got engaged in Disney Land Hong Kong in October 2016. I was like a big kid that day loving every minute of it from getting the Disney train to arriving and taking in the magic of the place. We spent the day trying out all the rides and meeting some well known characters. At the end of the day just before we were about to leave Barry pulled me to one side and got down on one knee and said "we just had the happiest day now will you make me the happiest man ever and agree to be my wife" Of course said yes. We celebrate in the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong that night. It was pretty special

Something old, something new?:

I forgot about something Borrowed. I'm not very superstitious anyhow.
My shoes from Dune Bridal had a little blue crystal on the sole.

The Big Day:

We had our ceremony and reception in Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort. It's so picturesque that we didn't have to go far to take pics.
Starter: Chicken and Mushriom Vol a Vents
Follwed by the Berry Sorbet
Dinner options were braised beef and Turkey and ham.
Dessert: Apple Crumble
Everyone raved about the food
Our first dance was Signed Sealed Delivered I'm yours by Stevie Wonder.
The whole day was magical but I think my favourite part was when Barry and I had some time to ourselves when the dinner call was on.

Post Wedding celebrations:

The family headed to Avon Ri the next day. Some people were staying there so we just had a chill day hanging out and eating Pizza and enjoyed some Spanish music that evening which turned out to be great craic.

From the moment we went to see Tulfarris we just loved the feel of the place. It's the perfect balance of old meets new and situated on beautiful grounds.
